Zion Mennonite Church is a strong advocate of the camping program at Drift Creek Camp. Summer Camps are offered for youth who have completed Kindergarten through high school, and Campships can be earned to help cover the cost of attendance by participating in Zion's Vacation Bible School.

There are also the opportunities for high school students to volunteer for a week or more as teen volunteers (TV's), helping with responsibilities that include kitchen duties, maintenance tasks and camper activities. College students and young adults fill the role of camp counselors, while willing adults help meet the need for Kitchen Staff, Camp Nurses, Camp Ministers, construction crews, and various other maintenance duties.

In addition to Summer Camp, Zion also participates in Drift Creek's Annual Members Meeting, quilting weekends, fishing retreats, and enjoys an Annual Family Retreat at Drift Creek each year.
